Think of thousands of pieces of rolled tissue paper cut and glued onto a board. John Dodd has been self-employed creating Designer Made Furniture for more than thirty five years. Never building from static plans, his furniture begins with a concept doodle, then develops into a rendering which often evolves into a scaled model for refinements in proportion and form. Diana suspension lamp is a fresh colorful swing arm fixture, ideal to suit in an office place or a groovy bar. This versatile light is either functional by adjusting its extendable arm into different positions. And I think this Cap Ferrat acrylic side table from Plexi-Craft is a great way to add a little Midas touch to any room.
He also creates custom papers and installations and is working on a line of geometric tile patterns that should debut this summer on rugs, textiles and other decorative objects. After personally studying with them, he sought out local craftsmen and farmers and trained them to grow organic indigo and cotton and then dye it in his Bamako workshop.
From dishwasher to washer/dryer to vacuums, I have personally owned many Miele products over the years and can attest to their efficiency and longevity.
